Orders

An order is confirmed when a deposit is paid. Made-to-order pieces take the deposit shown at checkout; the balance is due before delivery.

Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates. We will contact you to agree a date once your order is ready.

Faults

Everything we sell carries a two-year guarantee against manufacturing faults.
